How to become a member of EAS
The EAS membership can be either individual or collective. Special form of membership is honorary membership. The member of the EAS can be:
- private individual or legal person that is entrepreneur under the mandatory provision of Slovak Commercial Code
- the union of entrepreneurs (collective membership) that in writing agrees with the Statute of the EAS, pays the admission fee and the annual membership fee; to constitute collective membership it is necessary to close contract according to Article VI. point 5. The agreement with the Statute of the EAS must be delivered to General Secretariat of the EAS General Board
- The EAS members are registered on the members list, which is kept at the Secretariat of the General Board of the EAS.
Collective members of the EAS represent various sectors of the Slovak economy:
- Association of Industrial Research and Development Organizations
- Association of Leasing Agencies
- Association For Protection of Property and Persons
- IT Association of Slovakia
- Slovak Association of Cleaning
- Slovak Association of Non-profit Organizations Accounters
- Slovak Association of Travel Agencies
- Slovak Venture Capital Association
The EAS membership requirements: The admission fee is 33,19,- EUR and it is paid at the time of becoming a member. The annual membership fee is 199,16,- EUR. The new EAS member pays the annual membership fee (for the calendar year when joining the EAS) at the time of becoming the member. In other cases, the annual membership fee is paid to the account of GB’s Secretariat until 1st March of the relevant calendar year.
The EAS collective member can also pay more annual membership fees; up to the maximum number of its members.
